Key rules:

F_APP is the primary combined position — staff it before opening any other final.
Controllers must:
- Assume control within 30 DME, descent/vectors toward airport or up to 30° away, staying within associated arrival airspace.
- Establish approach sequence for landing aircraft at KMEM.
- Dual north/south finals: coordinate sequence and any airspace incursions with the other final controller.
- Simultaneous dependent approaches: maintain 1.5 NM radar separation on adjacent localizers.
- Parallel/simultaneous approach vertical separation:
- Aircraft from east → odd altitudes (unless coordinated)
- Aircraft from west → even altitudes (unless coordinated)
- Under P-ACP (§5-1-3): quick look all arrival/final positions.
- Coordinate with LC when turbojet departures stopped below 4,000 ft.
