Clearance Delivery — FSM ATCT
IFR Departures
Section titled “IFR Departures”- Assign 5,000 ft (or maintain 5,000 and expect requested altitude 10 minutes after departure) for aircraft requesting 5,000 ft or above.
- Do not assign IFR altitudes below 3,000 ft MSL without first coordinating with the appropriate radar controller.
Block Altitudes
Section titled “Block Altitudes”- Below 5,000 ft MSL: assign the lowest requested block altitude or 3,000 ft (whichever is higher), then expect filed block altitude 10 minutes after departure.
VFR Flight Plans
Section titled “VFR Flight Plans”- Enter VFR flight plan information into vNAS for VFR aircraft that will operate in both the FSM and FYV radar areas.
